Payment Options:
All payments are made through Paypal or Stripe and can be made using all major debit and credit cards.
If you would rather pay by another method, such as personal cheque (UK only) or bank transfer, please place your order by phone or email.
Packaging
Each item will arrive beautifully packaged in a vintage jewellery box. Once your order is ready we will email you images of the boxes we have in stock for you make your selection.
Delivery & Shipping Information
Within the United Kingdom the postage is £10
Items are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery which is an insured next day service requiring a signature on arrival. Please note: All contact information and delivery information must be submitted accurately and in full to guarantee that the order is dispatched to the correct address.
The postage cost for international orders is £50.
International items will be sent using FedEx which is a fully insured, tracked service with a delivery time of 3-5 days. The customer is responsible for any import taxes and handling fees.
Order Times
Each individual delivery time is specified on the product page. If you require an item for a specific date please contact us before ordering to ensure that your request can be met.
We will do my best to meet any deadlines. If you have not received your goods within the specified time, please contact us and we will check on the progress of your order. Please include as much information about the order as you can along with the date the order was placed.
Order Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our business orders must be cancelled or amended within 24 hours if you no longer wish to proceed with your purchase.
Refunds & Returns
We hope you will be delighted with your piece of Alison Macleod Jewellery, however, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we am happy to adjust or exchange your item.
If this is the case please notify us and return your item within 14 days of receipt.
Orders must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
Exchanges are offered at our sole discretion.
Items are returned at the buyer's own risk. It is recommend that you use the Royal Mail Special Delivery service to insure it against loss or damage. Postage will be refunded only if the item is faulty or if any error is made on my part of the order.
Repairs
Please telephone or email us with a description of what is wrong and we will arrange the repair. For repairs due to negligent handling I will be happy to provide a repair quote.
Customer Requirements
When placing your order it is your responsibility to provide us with a concise description of any special requirements you may have.
Rings are made to measure in UK sizes. Please quote your ring size at time of order. For more information please see our Ring Size Guide.

Financial information is used only to charge you for the items you are purchasing.
Payments are made using the secure transaction services of Paypal or Stripe. Since this service is completely independent of us your credit card details are not divulged to us at any time.
