Creating Jewellery with Meaning: Our Bespoke Process
Jewellery is deeply personal. It holds memories, tells stories, and connects us to the past. But what if you have a piece that just isn’t your style? Perhaps you’ve inherited gold jewellery that’s full of sentimental value but doesn’t quite suit you, or maybe you’re dreaming of a unique engagement ring that’s designed just for you. That’s where our bespoke process comes in—thoughtfully reimagining heirloom pieces or bringing a new idea to life, always with our signature style at heart.
The process starts with a conversation. Whether in person at our atelier, over email, or via Zoom, we take the time to understand what you’re looking for. If you’re drawn to elements of our existing designs but want something a little different—perhaps a specific gemstone or a combination of styles—we’ll explore those possibilities together. We can also work with your own gold and stones, reshaping and resetting them into something that feels just right for you. Once we have a clear vision, we create a digital mock-up to refine the details before moving on to the making.
Each bespoke piece is carefully handcrafted by Alison in our Scottish atelier. From sourcing stones to the final polish, the process unfolds naturally, allowing time for thoughtful decisions. We believe in working at a considered pace to ensure every detail is just as it should be.
