Spring fashion trends 2023 and the Alison Macleod Collection
As a jewellery designer, I love to peruse the fashion pages for inspiration and to see what trends are forming for colour pallets and styling my jewellery for the Spring fashion trends. This time of year is always a joy. The days are getting longer, the colours on the landscape are changing, and there is a real sense of excitement in the air. Spring is on its way, and I love a wardrobe update. I am learning how to mix and match my existing items while adding a few bits from perusing the pages of eBay and Vinted. I am lucky enough to have a treasure box of jewellery to play with and this change of the season gives me an opportunity to try out some new pieces I am working on as well as checking their wearability to make sure each treasure I create is perfect for when they reach their forever home.
The Spring fashion trends are out, and they have something for everyone, from indigo blue tones of denim and plaid shirts, asymmetric hemlines and shimmering metallics to texture and surface adornments. Some might say that this is ideal for my treasures to sit alongside. Scaly patterns, glittering gold and colour burst from eye-catching gemstones. My collection can accentuate your spring look.
My seasonal picks for Spring 2023.
Jumpsuit from Beyond Nine, Tank from &Daughter, Jacket from Sideline
I love layering. Shirts over a plain tee is such an easy way to keep warm before the spring sun fully sets in and gives the perfect backdrop for a long necklace to adorn your neckline, adding pops of colour and a little glamour to your everyday wear.
Many treasures in my collection use beautiful shades of blues that compliment the base metal of gold in varying carats or why not add a pop of colour from pink tourmalines. My collection can be adjusted to suit your tastes and preferences when it comes to adding different gemstones of varying sizes, if you see something you like but think a slight adjustment would make it perfect we can make that happen for you.
Have fun with your wardrobe creating your own Spring fashion trends for 2023.
